Kyle Pratt is a flight engineer whose wife has recently passed away in Berlin. Now, the young woman is returning to New York with her six-year-old daughter Julia and her husband's coffin. Three hours after the plane takes off, Kyle suddenly wakes up and realizes that her daughter is not by her side. Being extremely worried due to the fact that the plane is two-tiered, the mother has to enter several separate sections in search of her daughter. Meanwhile, the flight attendants claim that there has never been a child with her since the beginning of the flight, and that such a name does not even exist in the passenger records.
